Monthly Home Rental
Our team also manages monthly home rentals. Here we are speaking about short-term rentals, but always longer than 32 days. In this case, we search for a specific profile of tenants, usually businessmen who travel for work and look for fully furnished, ready-to-move-in houses or flats. This type of contracts should not be confused with vacation rentals, as these do not require special permits by the Barcelona City Council.
